Once you’re licensed, you’ll be trained to work directly from your phone or laptop — no office required. You only need approval in your home state to begin.
Our agents often earn $1,500+ per approved policy, with no cap on income. Many are building six- and even seven-figure businesses from home.

You can choose your lane:
• Producers (licensed agents writing policies daily) — average $10,000/month.
• Team Builders (recruiting and mentoring others) — earn $25,000 to $50,000/month in overrides.
• Or you can do both.
We are looking for ambitious individuals who thrive in a commission based environment, and want to work from home.
- Step 1: Fast onboarding and orientation so you know how everything works

• If you’re not licensed, we enroll you in our official Pre-License Course
• If you’re already licensed, you skip straight to system access
- Step 3: Once licensed, you plug into our lead system and call center
- Step 4: Make 150–200 follow-up calls a day to hot leads (no cold calls)
- Step 5: Write policies and submit them for approval
- Step 6: Learn overrides if you want to build a team
- Step 7: Get paid weekly on every approved policy
